What is the shortest lease term Corporate Suites offers?
Corporate Suites typically requires a 30-day minimum lease term. If you require a shorter stay it is often more cost effective go ahead and rent an apartment for 30 days rather than staying in a hotel. Hotel tax of 18% or more must be charged on stays less than 30 days.

How much does a corporate housing apartment cost?
The cost for Corporate Housing is different in every city because the real estate cost in every city is different. Moreover, I think you’ll find corporate housing to be less than hotel stays.
In Houston, you can expect to pay between $75 to $160 per night for an all-inclusive package for a studio or 2 bedrooms based on 30-day occupancy. The longer you stay, the better the price. Rates can be higher for areas like River Oaks and less in suburban areas in Houston.
An all-inclusive package includes: room, utilities, phone, cable, Internet, furniture, and other amenities like work out rooms.
Extras include: housekeeping, movie channels, dry cleaning, and other concierge services and are quoted as needed.
