Here’s a list of some of the areas we have apartments waiting for you:

Downtown

Downtown Dallas has experienced a significant boom in recent years. More than 15,000 apartments and condominiums have been constructed in the heart of downtown since the early 1990’s.  Based on the high demand and a strong local economy, the boom is continuing.   Many of these residential communities are in new buildings with the latest amenities; some are in salvaged warehouses and factories with high ceilings and large windows featuring picturesque skyline views.  Living in downtown Dallas gives you close proximity to world-class arts and entertainment venues, frequent sporting events, fine dining and shopping. Not to mention – being close to the office!

North

Addison

Addison sits at the crest of northern Dallas. Only about 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, Addison offers easy access to major highways within the city. The town offers excellent municipal services, as well as outstanding parks and recreation programs. Addison Circle Park is the venue for many outdoor events and concerts.  Addison is also home to more than 200 restaurants and Addison Airport is the nation’s third-largest general aviation airport. Residents enjoy exceptional shopping at the Galleria Dallas as well as many boutiques throughout the area.

Plano

Plano, located just north of Dallas, is one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation. It offers residents an ideal combination of housing, employment, dining, shopping, education facilities and sporting and recreational activities.  The corporate world has noticed the area’s attributes and Plano is now home to major company headquarters.  Whether raising a family or working in the area, Plano has it all.

Irving and Las Colinas

Irving, Las Colinas, and Valley Ranch offers residents convenience to Dallas, Fort Worth and the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The city of Irving features a wide variety of housing options and an extensive assortment of art, culture, sports and recreational activities.  Irving also is home to Las Colinas, one of America’s premier master planned communities of homes, apartments, businesses and restaurants. Las Colinas has been ranked among the nation’s most successful multi-use developments. It is also home to many large companies as well as the PGA’s Byron Nelson Golf Tournament.

Uptown

The Uptown neighborhood is adjacent to downtown Dallas featuring many of the Dallas Fort Worth area’s finest restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, boutiques and great residential living options. This area is often considered the heartbeat of the Dallas Arts and cultural scene. Located a short distance from the trolley cars and bustling activity on McKinney Avenue, Uptown has a lively vibe.  This neighborhood offers urban living at its best.

Highland Park and University Park

Highland Park is located approximately three miles north of downtown Dallas and is a town within a city. Its tree-lined streets and many parks make it a beautiful area to call home. Highland Park offers highly respected public schools and exceptional shopping and dining. Highland Park is also known for its beautiful housing options.

University Park adjoins Highland Park and is just minutes north of downtown Dallas. The town’s name originated from its location adjacent to Southern Methodist University. Predominantly a residential community, University Park today is home to approximately 24,000 residents and is known for its quality housing in a variety of styles.  University Park is also home to exclusive shopping and many beautiful parks. The town’s location in north-central Dallas provides easy access to a range of cultural, recreational, shopping and business activities.

Fort Worth

Fort Worth offers thriving family friendly community and a diverse economy, ranging from new high-tech industries to family owned businesses.  Fort Worth is home to world-class museums, zoo, Historic Stockyards and Texas Motor Speedway. With a strong infrastructure and so much to do Fort Worth is well-positioned to continue to grow. Fort Worth is a great place to raise a family, attend college, and work for people of all ages.
